By accessing, registering for, or using Schedsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, you simply can't use the Service.

Anyone who views or interacts with the Service.

What Schedsy provides
Schedsy is an AI-powered conversational booking widget. It embeds on your website, learns from your business documentation through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and syncs bookings directly to your calendar in real time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific LLM integrations or third-party calendar providers — at any time. Where reasonably possible, we'll give advance notice of material changes.

Subscriptions & billing
Transparent pricing, no surprises. Here's how billing works at every stage.
Free Trial
No card neededStart with a limited-time free trial. No credit card required to begin. Your widget pauses gracefully when the trial ends until you activate a paid plan.
Merchant of Record
Lemon SqueezyAll billing and payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you accept their processing terms alongside ours.
Cancellation
AnytimeCancel anytime from your dashboard. Service continues until the end of your billing cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use Schedsy to do any of the following. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Violating applicable laws
Including healthcare privacy laws like HIPAA, unless operating under a signed BAA with us.
Bypassing our AI
No prompt injection, reverse engineering, or attempts to exploit our security infrastructure.
Collecting sensitive data
Do not capture credit card numbers, SSNs, or other highly sensitive PII through the chat widget.
Misrepresenting the AI
You must disclose that visitors are interacting with an AI agent, not a human representative.

AI limitations & disclaimer
Important AI Disclaimer
Read carefullySchedsy uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to handle conversations. While highly accurate, LLMs are probabilistic — they can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate responses (“hallucinations”). You are responsible for monitoring your booking logs and managing your schedule. Schedsy is not liable for missed appointments, double bookings, or lost revenue resulting from autonomous agent behavior.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”basis. While we maintain industry-leading uptime, we don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, fully secure, or entirely error-free at all times.

Limitation of liability
In plain language: we're not responsible for indirect or downstream damages from using the Service. The full legal version below.
Legal Notice
In no event shall Schedsy, its founders, employees, or sub-processors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. For any material change, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent dashboard notification before the new terms take effect.
Continuing to use Schedsy after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel at any time before the effective date.
